但是第一个审稿人的意见，好像还是蛮苛刻的，所以要很好滴回答他的两个问题。回复既然编辑让你重投，那就是希望还蛮大的回复resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance，都说了，重投不能保证一定被接受，不过还是先好好改改吧回复我觉得希望挺大的，你应该修改然后再来回复真心觉得楼主重投接受机会会很大。
主编也不是傻子， 既然他了解你的领域， 那肯定知道第一个审稿人是外行。
但是可能你的论文里的确有一些问题所以主编犹豫不决， 再给你次机会叫你重投。
