BackgroundI am a Canadian management consultant with experience on 38 projects in 19 countries. I hold a B.Sc., MBA degrees and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Assignments for the Development Partners have been as International Project Director, Program Manager, Team Leader, or Specialist on projects in education, roads, transportation and infrastructure sectors. They related to modernisation, institutional capacity development and organizational change for national, state and local governments.
From lessons learned, I have developed a results based planning and management system for agencies to implement operational plans that help achieve strategic plan goals and objectives and manage change. The system includes a step-by-step approach to help people develop practical competencies for strateg planning and management.
My expertise is in planning, designing, and managing institutional, HRD, and technical/vocational education and training (TVET). I know how to assist agencies with the management of change and managing assets.

高中阶段投身职业唱歌界，与友人合组3人乐团在迈阿密一带演出，经过那段时间的演出，唐飞在迈阿密一带已小有名气了。
16岁那一年唐飞只身前往费城发展。
17岁那一年，唐飞已担任PEOBO BRYSON及TAYLOR BAYNE的巡回演唱会开场歌手，并获得GLORIA ESTEFAN的赏，成为他的专属合音歌手。

Vol.8stars-The calender girl Stars是一支来自加拿大的独立乐团。最初乐团由主唱Torquil Campbell,键盘手Chris Seligman成立于多伦多。后来乐团迁往纽约，随后又迁往蒙特利尔。

Keane来自于英格兰南部一个名为“Battle”的小镇，乐队由主唱Tom Chaplin，键盘手Tim Rice-Oxley和鼓手Richard Hughes三人组成。
　　和大多数英国孩子一样，三人自小便在一起踢球、探讨音乐、交换唱片。Tim曾在学校里学习钢琴，但是他很快就厌倦了那些古典乐，于是他开始在他的Casio键盘上谱写Buddy Holly式的音乐，将他创作的音乐演奏给他的朋友们听。同时Richard也开始练习架子鼓并和Tim一起排练。随后，又加入了吉他手Dominic，再加上主唱Tom, 四人组成了乐队开始演奏Oasis、U2、Beatles类型的歌。
　　然而，很快他们就厌倦了这类大众化的音乐，他们决定要创作出一些与众不同的作品来。经过一段时间的努力，在2000年，Keane发行了乐队首支单曲《Call Me What You Like》，第二年又发行了《Wolf at the Door》。2001年7月，吉他手Dominic离开了乐队，乐队转型为以键盘为主旋律的三人乐队。2002年，乐队在伦敦举办一场小型演唱会并邀请独立唱片公司Fierce Panda的经理Williams参加，在演唱会上Williams立刻被Keane与众不同的音乐所吸引并与之签约，后来发行的《Everybody's Changing》在电台上大红大紫，吸引了众多大唱片公司的目光。
　　2003年秋，Keane与Island签约，发行了他们的第四张单曲《This Is the Last Time》。2004年，他们发行的首张大碟《Hopes and Fears》第一周就登上英国专辑榜的榜首并且在榜上停留数周。2005年，Keane获得英国音乐突破奖和最佳专辑奖的殊荣，在Grammy榜单中也获得最佳新人提名。2006年6月，第二张专辑《Under the Iron Sea》在专辑发行的首周登上了美国Billboard音乐榜的第四名。
