论文投稿后，编辑部转给了编辑，编辑给了如下回复，是什么意思呢。

Please take the time to read and complete the appropriate section of the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement by typing your name in the box and dating the Agreement.&&When you are finished, click &Submit& at the bottom of the Agreement.
Only the Corresponding Author, that is, the author managing the submission of the manuscript, can complete this electronic version of the Journal Publishing Agreement.

投稿论文一直更换编辑是什么意思？
1月6号投稿，Hindawi旗下的JECE，投稿好状态立刻变为Under review，几天后分配编辑，又过了几天左右编辑部发来邮件说我漏掉了利益冲突的部分，立马回复邮件声明。一周后编辑部回邮件说收到我的邮件（也是挺慢的- -）。。。一直到现在投稿系统中都是Under review的状态，但是编辑一栏已经更换过好几个名字了，总共三个吧。请问有没有知道这是什么情况的？

在Journal of applied geophysics 上投了两篇文章都被编辑给拒了，求大神分析分析
最近写了两篇文章都投在了Journal of applied geophysics， 两篇文章都是刚投一个星期就被编辑给拒了，而且据信的内容除了题目名字不一样，其他是一模一样。其中第一篇最搞不懂，因为我做的东西和他们期刊之前发过的两篇文章是一样的啊，被拒的原因竟然是partly fits，不知道最近是不是投JAG的文章比较多，编辑都这样给拒了呢？求高手帮忙分析分析，jag这是怎么了。
本人新手，第一次投稿，多多指教！！
被拒的理由如下：

第一篇换了一家投，影响因子2.7的，编辑接收送审了，而这个jag的影响因子才1.3，编辑都不接收~对jag伤心了。
