今天查信用卡，居然3月16号那天连续3笔通过深圳财付通科技有限公司的交易，分别是98,108,108
可是我一直用的支付宝啊，
印象中没有这3笔交易，翻了下淘宝，3月16号没有交易呢
另外我基本不上QQ，也不玩农场，不知道有拍拍网

　　最具革命性的是互联网往移动互联网的转移。移动互联网会带给客户很多新体验，提供很多新的支付场景。考虑到智能手机的普及，大概过3年，每人都会有一部智能手机，上网的时间就会比互联网时代多很多。有了智能手机以后，就很难区分客户是否在线。
　　移动互联网的发展给用户带来崭新体验。智能手机会使上网的时间往移动端转移。从互联网各个来看，包括搜索、视频、电商，都有大量的流量往移动端转移。这说明客户越来越多用手机上网，而不是电脑，所以在移动端植入支付可以满足客户很多的支付需求。
　　比如说用电脑支付，在网吧这种安全性比较差的地方，用户就不敢用U盾。而像微信支付这样的移动支付，通过一个二维码就可以把支付过程转移到手机端来完成，提升用户体验，提升安全性。越来越多的传统行业将会进入移动互
　　联网领域。雅安地震的时候，在微信上发起了募捐活动，移动端的支付比例很高，因为很多用户利用自己微博、微信的影响力，实时播报灾区的情况，再附上一个链接就可以跳转到募捐平台，在手机上完成捐款操作，所以社交平台在移动端和支付场景的联动，很多时候会起到很强大的促进作用。
　　未来整个行业会有10倍的上升空间，但到时候是会多10家阿里、腾讯这样的公司，还是说每家公司都会有10倍的市值增长很难说。但是谁能把握住这个颠覆性的变化，谁就会迎来一个很大的发展，这个是毋庸置疑的。

　　第三方支付机构与银行是竞争还是合作，每一家企业都有不同的看法。财付通与银行之间的合作是非常紧密的，合作共赢的局面远远大于竞争。比如说银行作为资金结算和托管方的地位是无法取代的，我们支付方面的所有资金流都要通过银行账户来操作。银行资金结算和托管的地位，是合作的基础。每～家第三方支付机构和银行都存在合作关系。我们合作的交易量越大，银行盘活的存量资金就越大，银行的收益也就越高。
　　财付通与银行还多了一层合作：以开放平台的方式，与银行共享用户。比如说微信银行，我们开发平台让银行可以获得更多的用户，所以银行也很乐于与我们合作，因为我们可以提供低成本获取客户的机会。同时，我们也共享很
　　多数据，从而银行信用审批的流程更简洁。另外，互联网的数据可以发挥一个很强大的作用，通过互联网公司和金融机构的合作，可以把客户的很多数据用起来，改善目前国内征信体系比较薄弱的现状。
　　所以，总的来说，我们和银行之间的合作大于竞争。我们也会本着这个方向，积极开放平台上的资源。就是希望和金融机构之间建立“术业有专攻”的定位，大家共同提供更多创新型产品，让消费者获益。
　　银行可以逐一开拓新领域，也可以各种模式同时开发
　　大银行自身有更多资源，可以自己搭建平台。民生银行在电商方面就有比较多的动作，在社区银行方面也有一些创新：工商银行过去也曾自建电商。银行可以拓展自己的业务方向，但是无论大银行还是中小微银行都很愿意与平台合作。像微信银行，每家银行都开了。因为市场很大，银行可以逐一开拓新领域，同时也会抱着合作的态度留在平台上。各种模式同时开发，看一看效果再调整资源投入，并确定今后发展的方向。
　　大数据必须和金融机构数据紧密结合在一起才能发挥最大效用
　　通过移动端的应用能够带来新的数据，包括地理位置、用户好友之间的某些信息，以及上网时间、个人身份和金融数据的一些绑定。社交数据可能在一定程度上可以帮助金融数据建立更全面的用户信息，但是光靠社交数据还不足以独立完成推算和分析，所以说，大数据必须和金融机构的数据紧密结合在一起才能发挥最大的效用。
　　美国的互联网公司都比较成熟，一般都设有一些数据接口可以获取数据。并按渠道分级：电商交易和金融领域的数据是最重要的，之后是社交网站的数据。金融领域和社交网站的数据有互补性，以辅助大数据。这个行业非常新，很多企业也是快速发展起来的，创新的空间非常大。在中国，数据共享的接口没有这么完善，还处于起步阶段。很多数据都由互联网公司占有，不能很方便地挖掘出价值。
　　央行的征信系统开放可以推动行业发展
　　加快征信体系的建设是很关键的，会大力促进第三方支付和互联网金融创新。央行征信系统是供银行使用的，也有一些地方的小额贷款公司通过地方的金融办可能接入一些小规模一点的征信系统。
　　互联网公司有很多的数据可以贡献给征信系统，让征信系统完善自身数据。但互联网公司希望争取到双向的征信系统权限。结合社交和移动端的数据判断和评估用户，帮助银行快速获取信贷评分，然后判定信贷额度或者进行信用支付的审批，过了还款阶段就可以判断用户信用是好还是不好，再把这个数据反馈回去。这种介入央行征信系统的权限，对行业的推动是很有帮助的，互联网公司在完善数据方面也可以发挥很大的作用，希望政策上对此能有一定的支持。
　　国内的互联网金融在某些方面比国外走得更快
　　中国的互联网金融很多模式可能是参考美国，但是因为国内有很多与美国不一样的地方，包括消费习惯等。所以有些创新，中国是领先美国的，甚至从全球来看都是特有的。像“三马”投资的众安保险，是全球第一家获得互联网保险牌照的公司，其基础就是腾讯、阿里和平安紧密合作，为一些互联网业务提供信用担保和流动性保险。这有很多创新点，比如说虚拟财产，众安保险会为虚拟财产提供担保和保险，这方面我们可能会比美国走得更前一些。
　　宽松的监管环境可以鼓励创新
　　确实应根据新业务和新风险，实施新监管。P2P领域就是如此，在某些方面缺乏监管，有很多灰色地带，需要推出新的监管政策。第三方支付行业的牌照也是行业发展了很多年之后才补上的。
　　从鼓励创新和尝试来看，可考虑在小范围里面进行，稳定下来以后，再协助监管部门制定监管制度。看起来好像是监管滞后了，但对鼓励创新是很有帮助的。
　　最希望上海自由贸易试验区和深圳前海在跨境交易.外汇结算方面有所突破
