D RJ45 连接器产品规格书 RJ45 MODULAR JACKS PRODUCT SPECIFICATION前 言RJ45 连接器的可靠性测试项目一直以来缺乏一个统一的标准,各个制造商之间的规范可谓“林林总总,千 差万别” ,甚至一些厂商的测试项目不全面、不完整,给客户选择一个合适的、可靠的产品造成了一定的障碍, 也给各厂商带来了一定的质量风险和质量成本。而选择什么样的测试项目,如何安排测试群组,如何设置测试顺 序都将影响到产品承认的准确性。 鄙人在参考业界多家知名连接器厂商 (包含欧美跨国公司、 日本公司和本土知名公司) 的资料文献的基础上, 结合自己多年的设计开发和实验检测经验,制定了本规范 - 通用型RJ45连接器的特性要求、测试方法和品质标 准。当然,本规格书的一些项目是可以根据实际情况做适当调整的,比如,可以用湿度/温度循环测试 (EIA-364-31B, 方法IV, 在80%~100%的相对湿度条件下让样品在25℃~65℃的温度范围内循环10次 (10 天) ) 来代替耐寒性、湿度两项测试;高温寿命有的客户可能需要1000小时。 本标准在制定时考虑的因素主要有两点:一是让测试项目尽可能的全面,从而减少质量风险;同时也考虑到 经济性原则和便利性原则,选择的项目尽可能使用通用的检测设备和检测条件。比如,这里没有选用腐蚀性气体 测试,而是选用盐雾测试。当然,如果条件具备,且产品有特殊应用要求或应客户要求,选用更加严格的条件是 更好的,但也不要质量过剩。 制定分享这个规格书, 我存有一个朴素的愿望: 既为同业提供一个连接器产品可靠性验证 (QUALIFICATION) 的技术规范参考文本,也为了促成国内连接器产品赶超国际大厂。在此,也感谢一起工作的同事、开发工程师和 实验工程师们。限于本文的作者水平有限,文中的错误在所难免,恳请大家批评指正。 饶利军 2012 年 10 月制订:饶利军;初版时间:2000 年 6 月;修订时间:2012 年 10 月 5 日页码 1 / 17 5Oct2012, Rev. Qualification Testing 规格承认测试 4.1.1 Specimen Selection 样品选择 Specimens shall be prepared in accordance with standard production methods and shall be prepared as they would be for normal applications.样品制备应当按照标准的产品生产方法并能满足一般应用场合。 Notes:Test boards for mounting the specimens shall not short the signal pins to each other and shall leave the signal pins in an open state for electrical screening tests. Test boards for mounting the specimens shall be of a thickness to allow access to signal pins for attaching electrical probes during electrical screening tests. 备注:用于装配及固定样品的测试板不能使信号脚位相互间短路, 同时需要确保信号脚位相互间处于开路 状态以进行电屏蔽测试。测试板厚度应该保证在电屏蔽测试中信号脚位能够连接额外的电极探针。4.1.2 Test Sequence 测试顺序 Qualification inspection shall be verified by testing specimens as specified in Figure 2.规格承认测试时应当按照表 2 指明的顺序检验样品。4.2. Acceptance 可接受等级 Acceptance is based on verification that the product meets the requirements of Figure 1. Failures attributed o equipment, test setup or operator deficiencies shall not disqualify the product. If product failure occurs, corrective action shall be taken and specimens resubmitted for qualification. Testing to confirm corrective action is required before re-submittal. 经核实产品能否满足表 1 所列的要求来确定可接受等级。因设备、测试夹具或操作人员操作质量问题导 致的测试失败应当不影响产品规格承认。当出现产品测试结果失败时,应当采取纠正措施并重建样品以 承认规格。在重新提交样品之前必须有验证纠正措施有效性的测试。4.4. Quality Conformance Inspection 品质一致性检查 The applicable quality inspection plan shall specify the sampling acceptable quality level to be used.
