众所周知的，直系亲属之间可以无偿赠予房产，虽然不需要缴纳营业税和个人所得税，但是需要缴纳契税。那么非直系亲属之间是否也可以无偿赠予房产呢？

直系亲属、抚养人、赡养人无偿赠与房产不征收营业税和个人所得税，受赠人缴纳3%的契税，再转让房产，按照正常的房屋买卖计税。
非直系亲属可以赠予房产吗？
