发电机自动电压调节器AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator)选购安装简介:
1.发电机自动电压调节器的作用:
发电机自动电压调节器是自动将发电机发出的电压保持在一定精度范围内的装置。当发电机的负荷发生变动时,发电机发出的电压会出现偏差,这种偏差往往会对用电负荷产生不可逆转的伤害。而安装有AVR的发电机可以快速消除这种偏差,保护用电负荷。所以,AVR作为发电机的一个部件在很多应用场合中是不可或缺的。
2.自动电压调节器的种类:
发电机自动电压调节器的分类方式有很多,既可以根据使用的发电机的种类进行区分,也可以根据自动电压调节器自身的特点进行分类。
根据发电机的励磁方式进行区分:
(1).自励励磁:这种发电机上用的AVR的工作电源直接取自输出电压。
(2).永磁机励磁:这种发电机上使用的AVR的工作电源由同轴永磁发电机提供。
(3).附加绕组励磁:这种发电机上使用的AVR的工作电源由辅助绕组提供。
根据使用的发电机种类区分:
(1).有刷:用于有刷发电机的AVR的输出电流往往较大。
(2).无刷:用于无刷发电机的AVR的输出电流往往较小。
根据自动电压调节器自身特点进行分类:
(1).采用可控硅进行励磁电流调节:目前的大部分AVR均采用这种构造。
(2).采用晶体管进行励磁电流调节:小容量发电机往往使用这种AVR。
3.自动电压调节器的选择方式:
很多大容量发电机都自带电压调节器,当电压调节器损坏的时候只要根据原来的型号挑选一个一样的就可以的。
如果您使用的是小容量的发电机不自带AVR或者原来的AVR坏掉但是您不知道型号的时候您可以根据以下原则进行选择:
(1).首先要分清AVR类别:自励电源,PMG提供电源,辅助绕组提供电源。基本原则是:自励型AVR可以代替其他类型,但也要看应用场合。
(2).电源电压范围是否一样或者很接近。通常的AVR的电源电压都是180-250V。
(3).励磁电压和电流范围是否接近。要注意有刷的电流都非常大。
(4).检测电压最好也要接近,如果不同可以使用变压器转换。
(5).特殊功能是否相同。比如:需要并机时需要有DROOP或辅助输入功能。
4.自动电压调节器的连接方式:
如果您是第一次为您的发电机安装AVR,你可以根据下面的方式进行连接:
AVR的电源输入部分根据不同励磁方式采用不同的连接方法,AVR的检测输入部分分别连接三相线,AVR反馈输出部分连接至整流桥(有刷发电机)或励磁机磁场(无刷发电机)。

Regulation speed depends on the input voltage variation percentage and on the type of construction. Indicatively, said speed ranges between 8 and 30millisec/V.Basically, An AVR Automatic Voltage Regulator is made of a buck/boost transformer, a voltage regulator and an electronic control. Based on a microprocessor that samples at high frequency the output voltage, the control system drives the regulator gearmotor.By doing so, the regulator rollers change their position and therefore the voltage drawn and supplied to the buck/boost transformer primary winding.
