请教各位大侠一个关于变动提前期的问题?

提前期可分为固定提前期，与变动提前期?
固定提前期是不因生产数量或采购数量而变化，变动提前期则因这些而变化，但不知在Item Master中是如何实现变动提前期的?
主生产计划或物料需求计划所用的提前期为
& &= 固定提前期 + 变动提前期
而其中变动提前期与生产/采购的数量有关系，不知如何在ItemMaster中设置?
另外，如这种物料指定了工艺路线，那么在此还设置变动提前期，还有意义吗?

我这里仅列出QAD在物料主文件建立时，所需要设置的一些提前期：
1.制造提前期
说明：The normal or average number of working days it takes to manufacture this item, including the time to process paperwork, issue components, inspect the finished product, and receive it into stock.
For items with Pur/Mfg code = [M], the manufacturing lead time may be calculated from the item's routing/process, as part of the Routing Cost Roll-Up. Any setup time is divided by the item Order Quantity. MRP uses this lead time to determine the suggested release date for planned orders.
When a work order is entered for a purchased or manufactured item, the system uses this lead time to calculate the release date or due date.
The value entered in Item Master Maintenance is used as the default for all sites. It may be changed manually for any site as needed.
If there are different routings/processes at each site, manufacturing lead time may be rolled-up by site.
Co-products will assume the manufacturing and cumulative lead time values found on their base process during the Cumulative Lead Time Roll-Up.
By-products assume the cumulative lead time of the base process. The Manufacturing Lead Time is not updated.
If a manufacturing lead time is entered for a DRP item (Pur/Mfg = D) it will be included in the cumulative lead time for the item.

A system maintained field recording the cumulative lead time for the item in calendar days.
This field is calculated using the Cumulative Lead Time Roll-Up function. It is the longest possible length of time it would take to have this item/product available if you started today with no components in stock. The system looks at the manufacturing lead time of this item and its subassemblies, and the purchasing lead time of the raw materials to determine the critical path.
Take assembly operation: You are making washing machines from all purchased components. Most components have a purchasing lead time of 4 days or less, except motors which have a purchasing lead time of 20 days. If it takes 2 days to assemble the machine, the cumulative lead time for a washing machine is 22 days--the longest possible time.
Co-products will assume the manufacturing and cumulative lead time values found on their base process during the Cumulative Lead Time Roll-Up.
By-products assume the cumulative lead time of the base process. The Manufacturing Lead Time is not updated.
Cumulative lead time is useful for order promising. If no production is scheduled, you should be able to promise availability within this period of time.

你要讲设置的话，就要对具体的系统来讲了，不同的产品有不同的设置，
变动提前期是跟数量有关的，你的理解是对的，在具体做的时候一般的产品是有比率和批量两中方式，就是线性的和分段式的，如：
F(x) = aX ;
F(x) = a*k (n1&= x&=n2&&k=k1;n2&= x&=n3 k=k2 ......)
做设计时也是这样的，
有些产品可能没有这样的功能，那就没办法，除非自己开发了。

一个是计划提前期，一个是实际提前期，MRP计算出来的结果不需要那么精确，
可以参考fly_trave 的方法，
可以在SFC或PAC中再调整

问: 物料的提前期很重要，先假设如下的离散型A型BOM结构：
& & A由B与C组成，B又以D与E组成，
那么物料A的提前期，是指由B与C生产出A的时间(或者说是单级BOM)，还是指由采购等开始到A完工的时间呢？我理解为前者，不知是否正确？ 另外，如何把提前期与产量联系上，不知变动提前期如何确定，是经验值吗? 是一个关于变动批量的一个函数关系？

=& 这个时间可以用经验值, 也可以用秒表测量.

生产工序中每一步的时间与生产数量无关的部分构成固定提前期, 与生产数量有关的部分构成变动提前期.
这两条解决了我的困惑.哈哈

变动提前期一般都很难确定，一般都根据经验值来设定，没啥可讨论的。

提前期=固定提前期+变动提前期系数*本次数量/标准批量。
变动提前期指生产一个标准批量所需要的时间。
