S7-200 SMART CPU 固件升级步骤
Procedure to create a Firmware Update memory card:
创建固件更新存储卡的步骤:
1. Insert a blank microSD HC memory card (capacity 4MB, 8MB, or 16MB) into a SD card reader/writer attached to your PC (a microSD-to-SD card adapter may be required). If the card is not blank, then delete any folder(s) with the following names &SIMATIC.S7S&, or &FWUPDATE.S7S&, and the file &S7_JOB.S7S&.
● 将一张空的 microSD HC 存储卡(容量为4MB, 8MB, 或16MB) 插入到的SD 读卡器中。(可能需要一张microSD 转SD 的存储卡适配器)。若存储卡不是空的，则要删除同名的文件夹或文件：文件夹SIMATIC.S7S、文件夹FWUPDATE.S7S、文件S7_JOB.S7S。
2. Select the S7-200 SMART CPU FW update ZIP file for your CPU model and open this ZIP file from within the WinZIP utility. A single .exe file shall be present within the ZIP file. Extract the.exe file to a temporary folder, then close the WinZIP utility.
● 选择对应 CPU 型号的S7-200 SMART 固件更新ZIP 文件，并用解压软件打开文件。ZIP 文件中包含一个EXE文件，将ZIP文件解压至一个临时文件夹。
3. Double-click the .exe file just extracted into the temporary folder, set the file destination path to be the root directory of the memory card (e.g. F:), and start the extraction process. After the extraction is complete, the root directory of the memory card will contain the folder &FWUPDATE.S7S& and file &S7_JOB.S7S&. The &FWUPDATE.S7S& folder shall contain the .upd update file appropriate for your CPU model.

4. Remove the memory card from the card reader.

5. The Firmware Update memory card is now ready for use.

Procedure to update your CPU using the Firmware Update Memory Card:

1. Insert the Firmware Update memory card into your CPU. If your CPU is powered up when the card is inserted, then the CPU shall go to STOP mode if currently in RUN mode, and the STOP LED shall begin flashing.
● 将一张固件更新存储卡插入到 CPU 中。若插卡时CPU 已通电，则CPU 将转入STOP 停止模式，若CPU 已处于RUN运行模式，则STOP LED(停止指示灯)将开始闪烁。
2. If the CPU is not powered, then start the firmware update by turning on power to the CPU.
If the CPU is already powered, then start the firmware update by:
● l Power-cycling the CPU, or
● l Performing a Warm Restart, using Micro/WIN SMART
The CPU will startup and begin the firmware update process. The RUN LED and STOP LED alternately flash while the firmware update is in progress. The firmware update is complete when the RUN LED turns off and the STOP LED flashes. Note: if the ERROR LED is also flashing after update completion, then an update error has occurred.
● 若 CPU 未上电，则接通CPU 电源，开始固件更新。
● 若 CPU 已上电，则通过下列方式开始固件更新：
　　重新上电，或，通过Micro/WIN SMART操作暖启动。CPU 将启动并开始固件更新过程，RUN LED(运行指示灯)与STOP LED(停止指示灯)在固件更新的过程中将交替闪烁。当RUN LED(运行指示灯)灭掉、STOP LED(停止指示灯)闪烁时，固件升级完成。注意：若ERROR LED(错误指示灯)在固件更新后闪烁，则更新过程出现了错误。
3. Remove the memory card from your CPU.
● 从 CPU 中移除存储卡。
4. To use the new firmware, restart your CPU by:
● l Power cycling the CPU, or
● l Performing a Warm Restart, using Micro/WIN SMART
● 为了应用新的固件，通过下列方式重启CPU：
● 重新给CPU 上电，或，通过Micro/WIN SMART操作暖启动。
5. The user blocks and IP suite setup stored in the CPU are not affected by the firmware update. After the power cycle or restart, the CPU will enter the configured startup state, if a System Block is present in the CPU, or STOP mode otherwise.
