Platinum Elite members will need to earn 75,000 qualifying points or stay for 75 qualifying nights to reach Spire Elite membership

IHG(R) Rewards Club
You may change your PIN online after signing into your IHG(R) Rewards Club account and clicking on "Personal Information".
You can call your nearest IHG(R) Rewards Club Service Center
or email us to retrieve your membership number
Simply view the existing reservation and click on the "Add A IHG(R) Rewards Club Number" link near your name.
If you don’t have a PIN yet, access our Create Your Pin page to create a PIN for your account.
Simply go to the , enter the email address we have on file for you and click Need/Forgot PIN#. Our system will automatically email your PIN to you at that email address.
IHG(R) Business Rewards
The participating hotel is responsible for posting IHG(R) Rewards Club points to a member’s account after the eligible business meeting or special event is completed and paid. It may take up to 6 weeks for your points to post. Please check your account online or contact the hotel where you booked to check the status of your IHG(R) Rewards Club points.
Beginning April 1, 2015 you can earn IHG(R) Business Rewards points in two ways: You can either call the Reservations Office to book up to nine hotel rooms or you can call the hotel directly to book rooms, business meetings, wedding services, and other special events.

Yes, the person staying at an IHG hotel will be able to earn IHG(R) Rewards Club points, as long as they are enrolled in IHG(R) Rewards Club and the rate booked is a qualifying rate for IHG(R) Rewards Club. As the booker, you should record the IHG(R) Rewards Club numbers of all stayers at the time of booking to ensure everyone gets their points allocated correctly.
