1)Manually signed commercial invoice in 3 folds.2)Packing list in 3 folds.3)2/3 of orginal clean &on board& ocean bills of loading plus 3 non-neg俯场碘渡鄢盗碉醛冬互otiable copies made out to order of bank central asia marked freight prepaid notifying applicant.4)Insurance policy or insurance certificate in duplicate blank endoresed for at least 110 percent of invoice value covering ICC(A) indicating that clams if any, are payable to bank central asia on applicant's behalf in surabaya.5)Beneficiary's certificate stating that one copy of invoice, packing list, plus one original and non-negotiable bill of lading have been sent to bank central asia global trade services surabaya,Jl.veteran NO.18-24 surabaya 60175-indonesia attn:import dept (5TH floor).Within 3 working days after date of shipment by courier service and courier receipt 13 required for negotiation.

要交单了，还不知道需要提交什么单据？那么，报关是怎么报的？提单是怎么出的？在接到信用证后的审证环节没有做？？不知道信用证是有条件的付款承诺？即如果受益人交单不符，则开证行将不保证对受益人付款，那么受益人本来是可以通过信用证安全收汇的保障也就不复存在——这些操作信用证的规则不懂？1）手签的商业发票3份；2）装箱单3份；3）2/3份清洁提单，另加3份全套单据的复印件，提单的收货人做成：TO ORDER OF BANK CENTRAL ASIA，标明“freight prepaid”，通知人为开证申请人；4）保单或保险证明2份，空白背书，按发票金额的110%投保ICC(A)，赔付地点在surabaya；5）受益人证明：声明已于装船后3天内通过快递，将一份发票、装箱单副本各1份，另加一份正本和副本提单各1份寄给bank central asia global trade services surabaya,Jl.veteran NO.18-24 俯场碘渡鄢盗碉醛冬互surabaya 60175-indonesia attn:import dept (5TH floor)，该快递的收据13（？）份作为议付的必要单据之一。
我们公司是报关一系列的是专门有人在做的，我主要是负责助理这块的，银行交单就可以了，而且这是我第一次交单，所以不是很懂，谢谢指点哈~
这些应该由专职或兼职的单证人员来处理，如果只是助理，且只是负责到银行交单的工作，知道交单的内容当然最好，不知道也没有关系——只要这些不是职责范围内的工作。
