请教卡仕达导航改凯立德地图诸多问题！

我是卡仕达DCA248-T的车载，原为道道通，用一张16G新卡安装了凯立德，版本为C-3423J0M（SP1），出现如下问题：
1、有时候，开机后，提示继续上次导航，点接受，没有反应；* r4 i, o" B6 ~$ o/ r+ H
2、有时候，在路线中从“推荐路径”改为“高带优先”时，点导航无反应；3 L5 `0 A% B; M8 o: @7 @
3、出现过一次类似死机的状况，只有关机重启；
4、最严重的问题是：春节跑了1000km，出现三次突然没了地图画面，光有一个箭头，也没了声音提示，只有关机重启才行。这个问题最要命了，高速上又不敢随便停下来整，尤其有一次刚好是在一换道的路口，搞得我差点以为走错路了。
请指教，上面这些问题是什么原因引起的。

就是解压懒人包只有一个NA开头的文件。但是在机器上点导航什么反映都没有。怎么搞的。设置里只有语言声音&版本关于&亮度等没有设置路径啊。求教详细一点

解压，下最新的地图包（可以到GPS之家等论坛上下）把卡格式化一下，在导航仪中设置下导航路径，把启动目标指向NaviOne&#92.exe就可以了，该下端口号就可以了;NaviOne。如果不能寻星，把NaviOne文件夹下的东东全都拷到卡的根目录下

刚提13代，先来一张靓照，事先说明，这不是本人照的，百度找的，一样的白色外观，摄影技术有限，拿着单反（老板的，XX一个镜头就我三四个月工资）用的还不如一般数码相机会用！！

本人不是车主（我也是个打工的，帮老板折腾），老板说必须要装个导航，但是叫我打电话去SSSS咨询说导航+倒车+蓝牙一大堆全套搞定报价是1Ｗ６＋，听到这个数据，不解析，我这个打酱油的都知道老板不会接受，因为大家都懂的一个理由！
价格是五位数，给老板一说，然后就给批了，“这个周末，我给两天时间你，钥匙拿去，１Ｗ以内给我搞好，写好单回来给你报销！”我还能怎么说，ＸＸ的，当时就像爆粗口了，办个事还不先给钱！
在扣扣群里给朋友一抱怨，就有朋友说外面四位数就能做一个了，差距真的是太大了，但是SSSS说如果不在他们那里装的话不给保修，怎么办哇，如果有问题SSSS不处理那不是活活被老板给弄死。。。
不过还好有做汽配的同学（大学一起研讨艺术的铁哥们）说SSSS这样说是吓人的，外面装的导航跟SSSS的方案是一样的，不用改原车线路，接口都是对插的，不必担心，所以选择后装市场的车主灰常多！
朋友还说，这款车本身有显示屏，没有国产专用机，只能后加一个凯立德触摸手写导航！然后给了个网址我去网上看看，在那网站看了一会（什么网站就不说了，免得说我是卖广告）看了一会还是心里没底，主要是价格有点偏高，要我垫钱搞，我是月光族，银行卡里面长期就一个月多点的薪水。好吧，其实我是度娘的忠实用户，百度一下，啥问题都解决了，朋友说要找家网络跟实体店相结合的，不止价格优惠，而且质量也有保证！
百度上找了一家，网站做得好不错，说全国有二十多个分店，相信个方面都挺好的，加了扣扣咨询了下，接待的小妹声音挺甜的，报价了（多少？保密了）
最后建议我有空可以过去他们店看看，我就想，反正广州就几步路，我打的过去了（T T，看到这里，可能就会有人问，都有钥匙了，怎么不开车过去？坦白说，老板的新车，不敢开，刮花了什么的还得被批，先去看看，确定要搞再开过去）！到了恒福路永福路做汽配那一带淘金加油站，郁闷，找不到门店，只能打电话求助了，咦，有个帅哥向我走过来，干嘛？原来是来接我的哈，服务，态度真不错，值得信赖哈！
然后就带我上楼，原来他们的门店是在五楼，但是五楼是门店吗？五楼不是属于写字楼吗？写字楼是门店吗？在这样的疑问下我走进了他们的“档口”，此刻，验证了一个真理，理想跟现实总是有差距的，全国20多家连锁啊，而且还是灰常大，但是这样的门店让人一看真的有点不能信任！能在这里安装吗？我该如何？
突然间，又来了一帅哥，据说是这边的经理，这小子还真厉害，看我的脸色就知道是对门店没有多大的好感，就跟我解释说天河那边的门店在大装修，这边只是一个办公的地方，条件是简陋点，总算找到一个平衡点了（其实我是看了他们给我看的一些作业照片，奥迪什么车的作业贴都有，最终给我信心的是，照片上装车师傅就站我旁边 ，别说我太小心，这年头，老板交代的事情，一定得小心点）。
帅哥看到我心动了，就说让师父在下面弄吧，自己先去溜达溜达，看看有没有其他东西可以买的，然后我一说车没开过来，然后就问能不能上门，网上的介绍是有上门服务的，虽然要加钱，但是可以报销。帅哥就说，年末走不开，楼下还有几台车在装，师傅真的走不开，刚站我旁边的师傅已经不在楼上了，我就下一楼看看！
不看不知道，一看吓一跳，下面四个停车位，四台车在装车，一台，一台，一台奥迪A4L（不是13款，具体多少年款我不知道），一台领驭，帅哥跟我下来，一边走一边介绍情况（当天星期六），据说外面停车场还有两台车在等，如果今天我开车过来的话，起码到4点才开始装，弄完大概5点左右。
得！看这装车场景，比上面“门店”说服力大得多了！！就跟帅哥说，那我一会4点左右过来！！
时间过得真快，刷一下就过去了，就看了一部敢死队2，史泰龙还是那么猛，最喜欢他用手枪连拍爆头，州长先生威风不减当年，孤狼狂人一把枪连坦克都搞掉（这里有点BUG），带上好心情装导航了（其实开车过去的时候心情挺忐忑的）！
虽然帅哥说让我到楼上休息，但是不敢啊，车不是我的，得全程跟踪！！

师傅拿了个小纸箱和一台工具小拖车下来，我一看，机器材料还真少
说一些这套东西的参数――店家提供，本人纯属酱油，别问我这东西，我不懂，会用就好，据说大部分A4L都能装
奥迪A4L加装导航系统-

2、加装后，屏幕带触摸手写功能（原车屏幕挡板是平面）。
3、本产品适合原车带显示屏不带导航或带导航不带中国导航地图的不同年份奥迪A4L所有车型。

5、利用原车的显示屏，对原车屏幕升级加装，实现导航功能。
6、本产品解码器由韩国进口，确保产品品质可靠。

8、加装后原车系统娱乐功能仍然存在，原车碟盒功能仍然照常使用。

这个就是全部精华聚合一起的导航解码一体机，据说是韩国解码器，不知道是不是真的。

师傅说这个是触控板，只有零点零几毫米，用来手写的，我一看，不就跟手机贴膜一样的一张膜嘛。

4S专供，看到我就迷糊了，一问师傅，原来SSSS那里弄也就这种摄像头（虽然说原厂和原车的有什么不同，如果一样的话，只能说，SSSS太黑了）

下面是装车过程，装之前还用罩子把座椅方向盘包着，看起来还真的很专业（当然，人家装了几年，能不专业吗？）
才跑去买瓶绿茶的功夫，师傅已经把中控台拆开，那张膜已经装好了（没看到过程真可惜，不知道是不是跟手机贴膜一样弄，呵呵）

我就疑问了，问师傅，就这样拆出来放回去就可以了？师傅说，已经把导航解码一体机拼进去啦！

师傅在搞线路，师傅说，这一步最花时间，1个多小时，起码有50分钟是弄这个，很多线路都要仔细处理，慢工出细货我还是懂的！
