离线地图下载1. 客户端直接下载运行高德导航，在主界面点击“我的”按钮，在 “数据下载管理”中可以按需下载对应省份\城市数据；已下载的地图数据在“已下载”列表可查看到；由于地图数据比较大，建议使用WIFI网络下载城市数据。
2. 网站下载全国数据在网站公众版页面： 点击“全国地图下载”下载地图数据autonavidata60.zip压缩包，解压后获得autonavidata60文件夹。将解压后的autonavidata60文件夹放入手机内置存储卡或手机外置存储卡。然后运行高德导航，系统会自动判断数据存储位置并提示用户做出选择。 3. 网站下载分城市数据分城市数据的下载包括“基础资源“+”城市数据“，下载后需将数据解压，拷贝至手机内方可正常运行高德导航。在网站公众版页面：点击“分城市地图下载”，下载地图数据基础资源autonavidata60.zip压缩包，解压后获得autonavidata60文件夹。城市数据下载，选择需要下载的城市得到不同的ZIP压缩包，解压后获取data文件夹，直接放入autonavidata60文件夹下。
安装卸载高德导航android版的安装高德导航可以通过各大电子市场PC、手机客户端进行下载并自动安装也可以将手机通过数据线连接至电脑，将高德导航公众版安装程序（Autonavi.apk或Autonavi_V*.apk）+地图数据（autonavidata60文件夹），复制到手机内存或外置存储卡根目录下。在手机上找到Autonavi.apk或Autonavi_V*.apk安装程序，点击“安装”，完成软件安装。如何卸载高德导航公众版进入手机"设置" -& "应用程序" -& "管理应用程序"， 在程序列表中选择"高德导航"，然后选择"卸载"，按照提示完成高德导航公众版的卸载；或长按图标，点击删除标记，即可完成卸载。老版预装版的安装卸载由于不同机型对应安装方式及地图数据文件不同，具体安装请仔细阅读对应机型的“安装说明”。高德导航预装版在出厂时即集成在手机系统内，部分机型不能进行卸载，如果需要卸载请联系手机厂商客服中心。如仍然无法解决，可自行上网搜索ROOT软件将设备ROOT,然后通过手机管理软件安进行下载。注：ROOT手机设备存在一定风险，不熟悉android系统的用户切勿自行操作，如因误操作出现问题，后果自负。高德导航本地数据包删除高德导航地图数据包文件夹名称autonavidata**，由于版本的不同地图数据文件夹名也有所不同。由于版本众多，请在官网预装版页面找到对应机型，查看安装说明里面内地图数据文件名。删除地图数据有多种方式，您可以将手机连接电脑在电脑上直接删除，也可以利用第三方软件， 删除存储卡内的地图数据文件夹（如公众版autonavidata60）；手机操作请通过手机自带或从应用市场下载“文件管理器”删除手机存储卡内的地图数据文件夹 （autonavidata60）。 IOS版高德导航全国数据安装方法 第1步：请先下载 全国地图数据老用户请注意，更新数据时一定要保证全国地图数据文件名为AutoNavi_Mapdata.dat，若您安装地图后仍提示 地图未安装或不匹配，请检查是否您的下载工具自动将地图数据更改名称，请确认数据文件名正确后再进行同步。第2步：添加地图数据 iTunes 11 新版本用户，请按 Ctrl + S 打开【侧边栏】再进行下述操作。 第3步：等待地图数据添加完成第4步：地图数据添加完成分城市数据安装方法第1步： 老用户升级新版【分城市】地图，请先通过iTunes删除旧版本城市地图数据。新用户第一次导入分城市地图数据，请跳过此步直接从第2步开始操作。 第2步：首先,下载基础路网数据第3步：下载对应省市区域的地图数据（请不要解压文件）第4步：添加地图数据iTunes 11 新版本用户，请按 Ctrl + S 打开【侧边栏】再进行下述操作。 第5步： 等待地图数据添加完成 第6步： 地图数据添加完成
GPS定位确认GPS或移动网络其中一项已经打开运行高德导航系统自动定位，目前高德导航同时支持GPS定位和A－GPS定位由于导航仪是利用三角原理定位，需要有三颗星以上的有效卫星方可成功定位。GPS定位是否准确、时间长短由多方面因素构成，并非导航软件本身所能控制。手机本身GPS芯片质量、所处周边自然环境、周边建筑物高低、室内室外等等均可影响到GPS信号的稳定，因此请将设备移至室外，且周边无高大建筑物的位置进行卫星定位。根据设备硬件的不同，首次GPS定位时间差异较大。首次定位所需时间较长，首次定位成功后再次定位时间将明显缩短。 目的地设置1．智能语音搜索智能语音指令打开语音功能，按语音命令提示发出指令，如下图直接说出地名，则按匹配度排列显示。说明：此功能使用过程中需要连接网络，产生的流量费用由无线运营商收取。2. 在搜索界面语音搜索说明：此功能使用过程中需要连接网络，产生的流量费用由无线运营商收取。3. 目的地、附近搜索打开“搜索”页面，高德导航提供了多种搜索方式，您可以通过输入关键字、门址或首字母查找目的地信息，搜索结果列表将匹配的信息点展现在页面中。在地图界面，以“当前位置“为基准点对周边的分类信息进行搜索”。附近搜索 4． 搜索技巧如本地地图数据库中查找不到您满意的目的地信息，您可以在结果列表页面底部可以使用网络进行在线搜索；如果在线搜索在当前城市范围内匹配不到正确结果，系统将自动在全国范围内进行搜索。 网络搜索使用实时在线更新的地图数据库，使您不用更新地图数据也可随时随地掌握最新的地图数据。搜索时尽量减少关键字个数，可以扩大搜索范围，提升搜索命中率。5. 地图选点移动地图，松开手指，系统自动弹出操作框。可在地图界面快速查看信息点详情、对该信息点进行对应操作。
路线规划在“导航”模块中，选择“路线规划”，用户可以设定路线的起点、终点、途经点（至多5个）。完成起点、途径点、目的地设置，即可进入全程概览。系统提供多种规划方式，您可以根据实际需要进行选择；
车主服务高德导航提供除导航之外的车主服务，您可以结合自身需求选择下载使用。开启导航，主界面点击“服务”按钮，您可以看到我们为您精心准备的推荐服务，点击服务进入服务详情后，点击安装按钮，即可下载并安装选中服务。如需安装更多服务，点击更多进行查看并安装。（在车主服务界面，通过长按可以升级、置顶、或移除服务）
如何查看实时路况点击主界面上“红绿灯”图标，即可查看实时路况。说明：实时路况功能使用过程中需要连接网络，产生的流量费用由无线运营商收取。 AR实景导航AR 实景导航是通过手机摄像头将真实道路场景显示在屏幕上，通过将导航引导信息、道路指示图标叠加在屏幕上， 为您提供“身临其境”的导航体验。导航路线规划完成后，在导航界面，点击“ 图层按钮”，选择实景导航即可切换到AR实景导航模式 。
轨迹记录每次使用高德导航，都可将您的行驶轨迹记录在本地。进入程序主界面，点击“我的”，然后进入“我的轨迹”，在右上角可以开启或关闭轨迹记录。
备份与同步通过“备份与同步”功能，可以将用户数据进行云端备份，并可在电脑上登录官网管理您的个性化数据。
偏好设置对您的导航进行个性化设置，可以按照您的个人喜好对您的导航系统进行配置。
个性化换肤高德导航提供个性化换肤功能，进入我的界面的个性主题，在推荐标签中选择需要的皮肤下载安装。安装之后在个性主题的本地标签中进行切换。
