需要刷机C8650的进，已成功刷机！菜鸟详细教程
经过四处搜寻，终于发现了华为 C8650 可用的 Recovery。之前 ROM 早就做好了，由于现在制作的都是 zip 格式的刷机包，需要使用 Recovery 来刷机，缺了 Recovery 什么都是浮云。尝试过移植 C8500 的 Recovery，但是由于 C8500 使用的操作键是屏幕下方的方向键，而 C8650 不具备，故虽然移植成功，但是进入后无法操作，也是无用了。
　　正在尝试移植华为 U8800 的 Recovery 时候，突然发现添翼圈上面有人发如何 root 的方法了，而使用的就是 Recovery 方式操作。按照其提示，找到了国外的开发者 PlayfulGod 。获取了其最新的 Clockworkmod Recovery 4.0.1.4 RC1 版本。刷到 C8650 上，一切正常，因为 C8650 的国外版本就是 Ascend 2 （M865）。
　　工作一切正常，我就不需要进行移植了。Recovery 就是刷机时候用到，故能用来刷机就可以了。如何将华为 C8650 Recovery 刷到你的手机
　　这里说的刷机，实际上是将本文的 Recovery 刷入你的手机，而不是刷ROM。以后本人的所有华为 C8650 的 ROM 都基于此 Recovery 来制作，故你只需要刷一次即可，以后的 ROM 刷新就是通过本 Recovery 来实现刷入手机功能，Recovery 你可以理解为一个刷 ROM 的工具，而你要使用此工具，你需要先将此工具安装到你的手机上，即本节所讲的如何将 Recovery 刷到你的手机。请按照如下的操作步骤来进行。
　　如果你是首次刷机，请先安装手机驱动，即手机开机状态将手机用数据线连接电脑，在我的电脑里面双击中国电信蓝色图标的光驱盘符，双击运行里面的 Loader.exe 进行驱动的安装。之后进入 fastboot 模式（方法见下面），会提示发现新硬件，按步骤提示进行即可完成驱动安装。如果不安装驱动则会出现“waiting for device”的字样。
升级 Recovery 方法：
1、首先请关闭手机；
2、按住音量下键不放,再按开机键开机，两个按键按住不要放，保持10秒以上；
3、出现华为 Logo 的屏幕那里不动即进入刷机模式（fastboot模式）；
4、将手机和电脑用数据线连接；
5、刷机过程中严禁拔掉数据线,否则后果自负；
6、将双击包解压到一个目录，运行“双击升级Recovery.bat”开始更新你手机的 Recovery；
7、升级过程很快，如果超过10秒，请检查你的手机驱动是否安装正确，详见上面红字部分。
　　到这里就完成了将 Recovery 刷写到你手机的操作
下面来仔细讲解如何使用 C8650 的 Recovery 来刷 zip 格式的刷机包。请严格按照如下步骤操作！
将华为 C8650 手机进入 Recovery 模式　　
& &&&升级华为 C8650 Recovery 到 Clockworkmod Recovery 4.0.1.4 RC1 版本后，将手机关机，然后按住音量上键不放，再按电源键开机，此时这两个按键要一直按住，保持 10 秒以上，然后就进入了 Recovery 模式。

对手机进行 Wipe 操作　　
& && &这个步骤相当于对手机的各个分区进行格式化操作，即清空原来的设置，这样有利于新系统的正常运行，建议各位养成良好的习惯，每次刷机前最好都进行 Wipe 操作。
　　按压左侧音量键，靠音量键的上下来移动光标，进行相应项的选择。选择某一菜单的确定操作，是按压屏幕下方四个按钮中的 “menu” 键，即从左往右数第 2 个按钮。而第 3 个按钮即返回键，可以对菜单进行返回操作或取消操作。
　　将光标移到第 3 和第 4 项，进行 Wipe 操作。第 3 项是格式化数据分区，即 “data” 分区，而第 4 项是格式化 “cache” 分区，即用户的缓存区。
　　如下左图，格式化 “data” 分区，将光标移动到第 3 项 “wipe data/factory reset”，按 “menu” 键选择，弹出菜单再次将光标移动到 “Yes ― deleta all user data”，如下右图，再次按 “menu” 键确定，稍作等待，完成格式化操作。

进行刷机操作　　
& && &格式化操作后，就可以开始刷机了。
　　插句题外话，EZAPK 的 ROM 均含有自动格式化各分区功能，就怕某些新手不认真看完文章就急于刷机，未清除原来的数据造成刷机后系统出现莫名其妙的问题，也就是说使用 EZAPK 出品的 ROM 就不需要上面的 “wipe” 操作了。但是，为了养成良好习惯，还是随后 “wipe” 一次比较好。
　　开始刷机步骤。移动光标到 “install zip form sdcard”，译为“从 SD 卡安装 zip 包”，如下左图，按 “menu” 键确定。进入另一个菜单，如下右图，选择 “choose zip form sdcard”，译为“从 SD 卡选择 zip 包”，按 “menu” 键确定。

看来你们那边挺黑的。我郑州的，也是这么个活动，但是宽带费两年1200元，直接送手机，型号和你的一样，每月消费35元即可。手机不值钱，就是图你消费电信的业务。

刷机不用任何软件的，先装驱动，再刷REC，然后直接卡刷（ROM放在内存卡里面），四五分钟搞定，很简单的~
