公司初创，诸多财务知识不懂。聘请的兼职会计，有些事情也不好直接问。目前遇到一个很头痛的问题，想请教各位大虾。我司从供应商那里以不含税的价格下单，但是客户那边是要开票的（小票），老板打算以我司另外一个小规模纳税人的B公司抬头开票，但是这个新的B公司正在注册，还要等一个月才能开出发票。客户是直接打款到A公司的（B公司的账号还没申请下来）。但是，到时候是要以B公司来开票的。我的问题是：
A公司收到客户的货款却不开发票，这个帐该怎么做？或者说这里会有不会有什么问题？该如何处理？

　　谢谢充实2011 和的回答。确实很乱，毕竟刚开始，很多东西不懂。但是，我司买进的货物是不含税的，也就是没有抵扣的发票，若是A公司开的话，那不是要亏很多啊。。
