“三八”——春风送岗位，促进妇女创业就业大会，将增加“四不准”规则，杜绝女性就业歧视的情况发生
&找工作难，找个好工作更难！如今很多女性求职不是输在学历、能力上，而是输在了一些不合理的门槛上。由本报与省妇联、市妇联等单位联合主办，将于3月8日(周六)8时30分在中央大街步行街举行的省暨哈尔滨市庆&三八&&&春风送岗位，促进妇女创业就业大会，将增加&四不准&规则，杜绝女性就业歧视的情况发生。
　　&以前找工作应聘，总能看到用人单位在招聘条件上列出身高不低于1.65米，未婚、相貌气质佳等条件。&身高没有优势的孩子妈陈女士说出了自己求职经历中的苦恼。
记者从市妇联就业信息指导中心了解到，为杜绝女性遭受就业歧视等情况，今年的招聘大会在组织用工单位时，就增加了&四不准&规则，即：不准设置只招男士的限制，不准设置身高限制，不准设置婚育限制，不准设置相貌门槛。
　　本次招聘大会将有1700多家用工单位为求职者提供3万余个就业岗位，适合女性就业岗位包括行政办公、企业管理、会计出纳、金融保险、文化教育、美容美发、家政服务、商业服务、餐饮物业等。招聘会当日，具有大专以上学历或有一定技能的女性求职者可免费进入女性人才库。
　　此外，市妇联还协调有关部门为广大妇女提供法律服务、法律援助。求职者可就如何签订劳动合同、工资、劳保待遇、劳动试用期等问题进行现场咨询。

跪求!哪位英语高手能给我翻译下面这段话?防止企业中层管理人才流失的对策研究摘要随着我国市场经济的不断发展和完善,同行业企业之间的竞争日益激烈.我国已经加入了WTO,国外企业纷纷来华投资,在此大背景下,企业的生存、发展压力不断增大,在众多企业中脱颖而出,保持良好的发展势头是所有企业努力的方向.在企业发展、壮大的过程中企业人才起了重要的作用,其中企业中层管理人员负责着企业的日常运作和高层决策的具体实施,所以他们所起的作用更为基础也更为重要.在现实社会中大部分企业有中层管理人才离职的现象,他们的大量离职造成企业的发展缓慢、停止不前,甚至破产,所以怎么样更好的留住企业中层管理人才使企业发展、壮大是所有企业面临的重大问题,因此我们有必要对此给予研究.在此,运用自己在大学所学的知识和理论,从精神和物质两方面进行研究,对如何建立和运用一种有效的机制留住企业中层管理人才提出一些意见和建议.

Prevents enterprise middle management brain drain the countermeasureresearch Abstract Along with the our country market economy unceasing developmentand the consummation,between the colleague industry enterprise'scompetition is day by day intense.Our country has already joined WTO,the overseas enterprise comes China to invest in abundance,under thisbig background,enterprise's survival,the development pressureunceasingly increases,in multitudinous enterprise blooming,preservesthe good development momentum was the all enterprises diligentlydirection.Developed in the process in the enterprise which,expandedthe enterprise talented people to play the vital role,enterprisemiddle manager was being responsible for enterprise's daily operationand the high level policy-making concrete implementation,thereforethey got up the function foundation also was more important.Themajority of enterprises have the phenomenon in the realistic societywhich the middle management talented person leaves job,they massivelyleave job create the enterprise the development to be slow,not tostop front,even goes bankrupt,how therefore better detains theenterprise middle management talented person to make the enterprise todevelop,to expand is the major issue which all enterprises faces,therefore we have the necessity to give the research regarding this.In this,utilizes oneself the knowledge and the theory which studiesin the university,conducts the research from the spirit and thematerial two aspects,how to establishes and utilizes one kind ofeffective mechanism to detain the enterprise middle managementtalented person to give some comments and the suggestion.Key word:The intermediate deck superintendent detains talented personbrain drain 就这些
